1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider "Riverview Construction" agrees to perform services as outlined in the estimate provided to the Client. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to what was stated.

2. Acceptance of Estimate

By accepting the estimate provided by Riverview Construction, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including the obligation to make full payment upon completion of the job.

3. Payment Terms

The total cost for services will be as stated in the accepted estimate. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the job, unless directed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties in advance. In the event of non-payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to collect the outstanding balance, including but not limited to collections or legal action. The Client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in such proceedings.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of the Service Provider.

5. Liability and Damages

The Service Provider shall perform the work in a professional manner and take reasonable precautions to avoid property damage.

The Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any pre-existing damages or unforeseen issues that arise during the junk removal process.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and Washington, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of these jurisdictions.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
